Your account
You sign in with your Mongoose account and are responsible for what happens under it.
What you make
- Your screens, your photos and the AI images you make are yours. You give us permission to store them, to show them to you, and to show them to people you share them with. If you list a screen in the public gallery, others may play and remix it.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't make or share anything unlawful, sexual, hateful, harassing or that impersonates a real person. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules.
- The Mongoose, its pup and the built-in presets are ours. You may use them in your screens, including on your own devices through a desktop download, but not resell them as they are.
AI images and charges
- You get a limited number of free AI images each day. We may change that number.
- After that, each AI image costs the number of Mongoose credits shown before you make it. It is charged to your Mongoose Card when you make it, and refunded automatically if the image fails. Your Mongoose Card's own limits and terms apply.
- AI images can be imperfect or surprising. Check them before you share them.
The service
We provide Mongoose Screens as is. We work to keep it running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before the change takes effect.
